Can we tolerate 70-80% of our children not meeting standards in Reading and Math?  Of course not!

I will utilize my experience as a principal, teacher, and instructional coach to make sure teachers get the right training.  This has not been happening since we started Common Core. 

School/Classroom Safety

Because of changes in district discipline policies, students and teachers no longer feel safe in our classrooms.  Learning is regularly disrupted, while teachers and even a principal, have been assaulted!

As a former FUSD administrator, I know what needs to happen to bring back safe and productive classroom environments.  

Technology

In our new economy, our students must have access to technology on a daily basis. 

We have a world class Wide Area Network, yet many students only use computers during testing! 

I have been a tech trainer at the district and state level for 20 years and can provide leadership in this area.
